These terms cover your use of the soket.in website, our applications and the Purin browser extension. Using any of them means you agree to what’s below.
Acceptance
By accessing this website or using our software applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our software and website.
The software
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use our tools for lawful purposes. Several projects are in active development, provided as-is and may change or be updated over time. We do not guarantee uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the tools and for the content you download, capture, inspect or process with them. In particular: Only download, extract or decrypt content you have the legitimate right to access. Tools like Purin, Mochi and Tiramisu do not grant you any rights to third-party copyrighted material.
Intellectual property
The soket.in name, branding, website content and the design of our applications belong to the studio. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
Everything is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, soket.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for any loss of data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the website or our software.
Changes & updates
We may update these terms as our tools evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
